Rand Park High School Matric Dance 2014
The Helderfontein Estate hosted the Rand Park High School Matric Dance for 2014.
With the Africa Hall filled with the Moulin Rouge Theme we knew it was going to be a big party.
The set up provided for RPHS was a Stealth Wireless System with JBL 515xt speakers and Subs with 2 filler speakers at the rear of the room for background and speeches.
We used the Chauvet Arch Trusst with an array of JB System Plano's, 2 x UV Par Cans, JB Systems Kaos and Moonbeam Lights and a Space 3 Laser all DMX linked. With the Hazer machine to top it all it created an awesome effect for the Matrics to Party too!

The entrance had romantic french music playing with Marilyn Monroe waiting to greet the guests!
We had 3 DJ's allocated to play a mix of Commercial, EDM & House Music.

Ask For Our Wireless Package.
In my opinion there is nothing worse than going to a function and seeing a DJ table covered in cables and the floor around the DJ looking like spaghetti junction.
There is no reason to expect that the company you source to work in a tidy, orderly and professional manner; after all that's what you are paying them for. It's part of the deal.
Duct tape and insulation tape should be used to tidy and conceal cables, extensions wherever possible.
There is also the health & safety factor to be considered as well. All equipment must be used in the manner that it is designed for. Speaker Stands must be level, the feet need to be at least 1.5 times wider than the speaker on top to ensure that it does not fall over if knudged, lights need to be positioned at least 2m high (preferably higher for effect) and again situated on the correct stands or trussing.

There is no loss of quality when it come to sound and it gives us many more options for setting up a room as we are not restricted by different floor levels, distance (covers up too 60m) , etc.
